Mellow Tripz es el seudónimo tras el que se esconde el joven productor extremeño Rubén Pérez. Interesado por la música negra desde sus orígenes, iniciado mediante el turnablism e implicado en numerosos proyecto tanto a nivel instrumental como vocal.

Con el ep "Only Reason", ejecutado integramente mediante el software Reason, nos propone una electrónica versátil en la que no pierde en ningún momento de vista sus influencias soul y r&b.
